Products and Availability We take care to describe our products accurately, including materials, sizing, and images. Slight variations in colour may appear depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update descriptions, prices, or discontinue an item at any time. 4. Pricing * All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. * Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. * Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice and are valid only during the stated period. 5. Orders Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. Guest checkout is supported — you do not need to create an account to place an order. We may cancel or refuse an order in the following situations: * The product is out of stock or discontinued. * There is an obvious pricing or description error. * We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. * The delivery information provided is incomplete or incorrect. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount using the original payment method. 6. Payment We accept the following payment methods: * Cash on Delivery (COD). * bKash. * Nagad. For bKash and Nagad, orders remain pending until we verify your transaction. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, including a valid Transaction ID where required. Available payment methods may change from time to time and are always shown at checkout. 7. Promotional Codes and Offers Promotional codes are issued at our discretion and may carry conditions such as an expiry date, a minimum order value, a usage limit, or restrictions to specific products or customers. Codes must be applied at checkout — they cannot be added afterwards. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and may be withdrawn or cancelled if we detect misuse or abuse. 8. Shipping and Delivery We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Please allow: * 4–5 business days for delivery inside Dhaka. * 5–7 business days for delivery outside Dhaka. Returns and Refunds ELENORM operates a strict, honest return policy. Only two categories of items are eligible for return: * Damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered to you. * Non-custom regular products in unused, unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags and packaging intact. All other items — including custom-designed and personalised products — are final sale and are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable under any circumstances. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted. If you create an account (with email and password, a username where enabled, or by signing in with Google), you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. 11. Communications and Notifications By placing an order you agree to receive transactional messages about that order, such as confirmations and delivery updates. Optional messages — newsletters, promotions, back-in-stock alerts, review invitations, and cart reminders — are sent only where you have opted in or have not opted out. A newsletter opt-in is pre-selected at checkout and can be unchecked before you place your order. You can unsubscribe or change your notification preferences at any time, and browser notifications can be turned off in your browser or device settings. 12. Customer Support and AI Assistance Our support chat uses an AI assistant to answer common questions, and you can ask to be connected to a member of our team at any time. AI-generated answers are provided in good faith but may be incomplete or inaccurate; only an order confirmation or written confirmation from our team is binding. Please do not share passwords or full payment credentials in chat. 13. Website Availability We aim to keep the website available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 17. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELENORM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
