Delivery Charges * Inside Dhaka: ৳70 * Outside Dhaka: ৳130 Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout. Delivery Time Estimated delivery times: * Dhaka: 1–3 business days * Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order update with tracking information (where available). ⸻ Returns & Exchanges Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must: * Be unused and unworn. * Be unwashed and undamaged. * Be returned in its original condition. * Include all original tags and packaging. * Meet ELENORM’s return eligibility requirements. Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent by ELENORM: * Custom-designed or personalized products. * Products made to customer specifications. * Items altered or modified at the customer’s request. * Final sale or clearance items (where stated). * Gift cards (if applicable). By ordering a custom-designed or personalized product, you acknowledge that the item is produced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by applicable law. ⸻ Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your request quickly, please include: * Your order number * Photos of the product * Photos of the packaging (if applicable) * A brief description of the issue Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable. ⸻ Refunds Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
